With the Gas Protection service you will enjoy a safer and more efficient boiler, saving up to 30% on gas consumption, you can forget about the servicing of your boiler as we will call you to carry out a biennial inspection of your gas installation, boiler or heater and heating, including the radiators too.

Any residential customer with a 3.1 or 3.2 gas supply who has a boiler with a capacity of less than 70 kW and a gas contract with Curenergía.

You can sign up for the service by calling 900 100 309 or, if you prefer, by visiting your nearest service point.

The two-year duration of the service is automatically renewed for consecutive two-year periods unless the client communicates otherwise by at least fifteen (15) days advance notice before the end of each period.

The Gas Protection service does not include dealing with breakdowns. If you want a service that includes breakdowns, you can sign up for our Maintenance Pack service (900 100 309).

The Thermal Installations in Buildings Regulations (RITE) state that the user of an appliance is responsible for keeping the installation in suitable condition and for carrying out a check, every two years, for gas appliances up to 70 kW. These are the most common appliances in residential installations.
